Hello again just a quick note about the June schedule due to some prior commitments I will be missing alot of classes this month up to nine which is alot. Good news is class will go on as normal with other qualified instructors.

Hello everyone welcome to Gracie Jiu-jitsu of Ms. We are currently working on our curriculum, since most of our classes are question and answer format this might take awhile. The next post will have set topics for each class at the beginning and Q and A at the end.
