I am curious as to what fitness routines you find the most beneficial for Wing Chun.

I'm not very educated on fitness, but I focus on two things in the gym.
1) I like the recumbent bicycle. It's good for strength and cardio, and it ensures proper form.
2) Multi-muscle exercises with big weights to hit all of those little muscles hidden behind the beach muscles.
