Cancellation Policy

Your satisfaction is our first priority. If you are however, unsatisfied with your membership you may cancel it based upon the terms you agreed to upon when becoming a member. To review those terms, please refer to your membership agreement and our Terms of Use page.

Wait! Don’t cancel just yet. Did you know that…

• New classes are available every month . We’re adding new styles and class times every month. There may be a class you just won’t want to miss.
• We’re the ONLY source for live training classes with master martial artists. No one else can offer you live training with the alpha dogs of the industry in their own private studios.
• This is an investment in your future. Think of all the new techniques and training that is available at your fingertips. There are so many things you could learn and even pass on.
• You just might miss something. These are live classes. Who knows what’s going to happen? Who’s going to do what? Or, when that next big thing might happen LIVE on camera.

To cancel your membership, please first refer to your membership agreement. If you have met your time and payment requirements, then please send an email to:

customerservice@streamingmartialarts.com

This email must include…

• Your name and billing address.
• Your member ID and password.
• The reason why you are canceling.

All membership cancellations will take effect on the last day of the month in which the cancellation request was received.

If you do not cancel your membership more than three (3) days before the next billing date, your payment may still be processed.

Please note that if you have reached the end of your membership agreement, your membership will automatically expire unless you renew.
